Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to appointment to ensure that you are not charged.
If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your allocated time you will be expected to pay for the appointment.
We are a small business and every missed appointment has a big impact on us.
